Where Goods are purchased via the internet or by phone, the Buyer has the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the Goods and receive a refund by informing the Seller in writing or by email within 14 working days of receipt of the Goods. Goods must be returned (as new/unopened) within 14 days thereafter, at the Buyer's cost and should be adequately insured during the return journey. Upon receipt the Buyer shall receive a refund for the Goods.
Outside of the above conditions, returns may be acceptable, but subject to a handling charge of up to 15%, email info@chrisforestry.co.uk
Exchange an item. Most goods can be returned in the original packaging, labels attached, unworn, unused, undamaged, with any manual or instructions, for an exchange. Please email info@chrisforestry.co.uk to ascertain if this is acceptable for the goods you have purchased. If applicable, the exchange item will be despatched on receipt of the return.
Please always include a note indicating the order number and reason for the return.
Faulty/Incorrect/Damaged Goods
If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery please notify us immediately (or within 3 days) so we can rectify the issue. Either by exchange or refund as appropriate. info@chrisforestry.co.uk or Tel: 01269 595238.
No claims with regard to damage during transit can be made, unless signed for as damaged on delivery.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting for you returns. As lost items in transit will be your responsibility until received by us. Therefore ensure that items are packaged to prevent damage in transit
A refund of the return delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

Please include a note stating the order number, reason for return and whether a refund or replacement is required.
