Type C, Class 1 the ULTRALIGHT 1C trousers are high-end, high-visibility railway spec protective trousers designed for chainsaw users. Made from fluorescent orange fabric combined with retroreflective strips on the lower part, they guarantee excellent visibility in demanding environments.

Composition :
The main fabric is made of T400® polyester (220 g/m²) and CORDURA® Ripstop polyester (240 g/m²), providing strength and durability. The knee reinforcements are made of 500D CORDURA® with a PU coating, while the crotch combines Kevlar®, Nylon®, and Spandex® for enhanced abrasion resistance and increased elasticity. The lining, made of polyester and Spandex®, features a GEO® cool drirelease treatment for improved comfort. Protection is provided by a 6-layer UHMWPE/AVERTIC® PRO+ polyester system.

Comfort
The drirelease® lining offers a soft, natural feel while ensuring quick drying and effective moisture management. Stretch zones, particularly in the crotch, enhance freedom of movement.

Protection and features
The trousers incorporate 6-layer protection specifically designed for chainsaw use. They feature retroreflective strips for enhanced visibility and ripstop fabric to minimize tearing. High-strength reinforcements improve durability in high-stress areas. Removable anti-tick and anti-sawdust gaiters with anti-snag hooks provide additional protection. Waterproof YKK® zippers limit the penetration of soot and grease. The trousers also include several functional pockets (bellows cargo pockets and zippered pockets), an adjustable waistband, accessory loops and straps, a wraparound back panel, and ventilation zippers.
